I'm not sure if this is lanugo (something that would be a symptom of my eating disorder) or if I shouldn't worry about this and it's all in my head. I had a therapist at an eating disorder clinic tell me once a few years ago that the body hair growth may have been coincidental, a late puberty thing, but she didn't seem to know much about the topic.
